Guess what!? Tomorrow I’m turning 13! Also, I’ve decided to finally start learning my second language. Japanese! Right now, I’m using Rosetta Stone. It seems to be working fine. I also need to learn the two alphabets, Hiragana, and Kitakana.
Eventually, I will probably have to learn some of the dreaded Kanji. An alphabet containing about 1,500 individual characters! Hiragana, and Kitakana are usually used in simplistic, and un-formal things, like childrens books, manga, anime, etc. More formal things like, newspapers fancy resteraunts, etc. use Kanji
