2.Go to Dojo, click all the lights starting on the left, then click the warning hardhat crap sign then it turns into a ninja
3.Go to ski lodge, wait 15 min, then the ninja in the mirror moves
4.Go to gift shop the look at catalog and go to job section then look closely at the shadow and there is a ninja mask on him.
