This is the former Near, now that Near (King) has told me to stop using his name. Quite really in addition to the 32nd thing I don’t really think that this second punishment for cometear (YEAH THAT’S RIGHT, I SAID HIS NAME) was really nesscesary. I mean that Near (King) banned him from the site, before noogah went crazy and vicious. In my opinion if anyone should be punished its Noogah.

The reason he was banned for only about a day is because he fufilled the requirements for being unbanned. Near (King) posted a comment on the accused site stating the reqiurements. One of those requirements was to right an apology. Which he did. Another was to email King. Which he did. So, I would like to ask Near (King) to create a page stating the requirements to get unbanned from the site.
This request has been acknowledged and as soon the head administrator issues permission, the page shll be created.
